About The Course

The course ‘Maintenance of hydraulic systems, error analysis and troubleshooting’ is intended for machine operators, service technicians, machine builders, vehicle builders, hydraulic specialist companies and manufacturers of hydraulic systems and commissioning engineers.
Maintenance strategies are taught, the safe handling of hydraulic systems is learned and a structured approach to localize a fault and eliminate it sustainably. Thanks to modern training stands, it is possible for each participant to independently set up the individual exercises from mobile and industrial hydraulics. A trainer is available to help with troubleshooting.

  • Based on several practical incidents in a hydraulic system, the participants learn to find the faults independently and in a structured manner. Each participant learns to set up hydraulic circuits and to analyze the fault themselves. A trainer is available to provide support and moderate the troubleshooting.
