The demand for skilled personnel trained for the railway industry outweighs the current talent pool.
Lack of Awareness
Young people's image of the rail industry and its career opportunities are limited, resulting in a smaller pool of potential candidates. The gap between the need for personnel and awareness therefore requires proactive measures.
