Your role as Project Manager
- You coordinate projects in US and Canada related to the optimization and digitalization of the railway infrastructure
- You are the main interface with the customer and ensure that the solution developed meets their needs
- You are responsible for the contract management
- You guarantee proper completion of the project and communication among the team
- You ensure tracking of project progress, scope, timelines and budgets
- You create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- You solve unforeseen events that may arise during the course of the project in an efficient and creative manner
- You are part of an international project team
- You take on personal responsibility and contribute to the development and positioning of an innovative consulting company
Your Profile
- University degree in the engineering disciplines
- Minimum of 8 year’s work experience in technical consulting or project management
- Intermediate or advanced skills in project management software (e.g. MS project or other common tool)
- CAPM or PMP certification is a plus
- Experience in negotiating practice
- Railway-specific knowledge is an advantage. Project experience in other capital-intensive industries such as automotive, oil & gas or manufacturing will be considered
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
- Travels within North America
- You have analytical thinking skills
- You strive to be solutions oriented
