Your role as Product Manager
- Product set-up phase:
- You are responsible for the setup of a digital community platform (website, e Shop and continuing maintenance of platform...) with an IT service provider
- You guarantee proper completion of the project and communication among the international team
- You take on personal responsibility and contribute to the development and positioning of an innovative knowledge product for Global Rail Group
- You solve unforeseen events that may arise during the course of the project in an efficient and creative manner
- You are responsible for the planning the roadmap for further product enhancements
- Product run phase:
- You coordinate the railway technology specific content creation (Text, Audio, Video)
- You coordinate authors and other content providers
- You organise podcast and interview productions
- You are overseeing the e-commerce part of the community platform
Your profile
- You have a minimum of five years of e-commerce experience focusing on product management, website development, and customer-journey and centricity
- Sound understanding of agile software development frameworks
- You had your first experience with community platforms and/or knowledge management platforms
- You have a quick grasp and can acquire knowledge independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product decisions and trade-offs to senior management
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach to driving results
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and German
